About CAST
A publicly traded company with the culture of a startup
CAST is the global category builder and market leader in Software Intelligence. CAST’s platform allows Agency leaders to make informed
decisions based upon automated and subjective insights pulled directly from the code that runs the modern
enterprise.
In addition to Global 2,000 business, Federal Civilian agencies and DoD components rely upon CAST solutions for
greater objectivity in crucial mission decisions, attenuating the impact of attrition of key IT personnel and
contractors, faster application modernization for Cloud, and raising the quality and security of their custom
software. CAST Software operates globally with offices in North America, Europe, and Asia. CAST Federal
maintains a solid prior performance which includes GSA, State Department, Treasury, Justice, DHS, Army, Navy,
Air Force, MHS and more. The Federal market is still wide open for growth.
CAST has successfully established strategic partnerships with leading Federal System Integrators, Cloud Service
Providers and Advisory Firms poised to extend this success into Federal government.
The direct to customer business represent approximately 50% of CAST’s software revenue in FY21; and is expected
to grow 50% year over year. Current market drivers are fueling this revenue growth with our customers. First, CAST Highlight and CAST Imaging are embedded
today as a key enabling technology for their Application Modernization and refactor to Cloud offerings.
Additionally, CAST solutions are key to support President Biden’s Cyber EO, Federal Modernization & Cloud
Policy and recent DoD Software Development memos. Lastly, CAST solutions are currently used by and endorsed by
the major Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, IBM, GCP) - real time confirmation to the importance of Software
Intelligence in supporting digital transformation. CAST has maintained its own GSA Schedule 70 for 10+ years.
Backed by nearly $200 million in R&D, CAST is strategically expanding and scaling its Federal business.
